Clean And Jerk warmup (No Measure)
-warm up shoulders with pvc pipe and hip stretches.
-coach will lead barbell warm up prepping you for the movements. (5 reps of every movement)
-athlete will then start warming up with some weight on the bar.

Clean & Jerk (Make sure you get in 5 heavy sets )

3-5 recovery exercises
large night classes may need to make modification to movement based on space in oly room.
Accumulate 2 minute plank hold with a partner
